Orv Banasik and his brothers Tommy and Mick created the HO slot racing club, H.O.R.A. of Fargo, which during the club's heyday, was one of the best known slot racing clubs in the country. Orv had many pictures published in Car Model Magazine, and frequent mentions in Howard Kilgore's column.
